Returns & Exchanges Policy

We’re thrilled you’re loving Kudiory. But we understand that sometimes the fit, size, or colour may not be exactly what you expected. Here’s how our returns and exchanges work:

1. Pickup: Pickups generally take 1–4 days after a return or exchange request is placed, depending on courier availability in your pin code.
2. First Exchange is Free: You can exchange your order for a different size or colour of the same style within 10 days of receiving it. We will ship the replacement item once the original product has been picked up.
3. Returns: If you wish to return your order, you can raise a return request within 10 days of receiving the product. A minimal ₹50 reverse shipping charge will be deducted from your final refund. For orders placed during a sale, a ₹75 reverse shipping charge will apply.
4. Refunds: Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours after the product is picked up. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.
6. COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
7. UPI Refunds: UPI refunds are not available as per the applicable payment guidelines.
8. Second Exchange: A second exchange is not permitted unless the product has a quality issue or an error from Kudiory’s end. However, an already-exchanged product may be returned, subject to a ₹100 logistics fee.
9. International Orders: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
