We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed and shipped from our warehouses within 24 hours of order confirmation.
However, orders containing more than 5 pieces of the same product/style may require additional processing time. In such cases, we will keep you informed through email or other available communication channels.

For most locations, delivery generally takes around 48 hours after dispatch, depending on the serviceability of your pin code. Please note that delivery timelines are in addition to the order processing time.
Orders are delivered only on business days. Sundays and certain public holidays are not considered business days, and deliveries will not be made on these days.

International orders placed with Kudiory are shipped from our warehouses in India to the shipping address provided by the customer through our trusted international courier partners.

These charges are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country and are outside Kudiory's control. If any additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges are applicable, the customer will be responsible for paying them.
Kudiory is unable to determine in advance whether customs charges will apply or the exact amount that may be charged.
If the courier partner or customs authorities request payment of import duties or taxes, the customer will be required to make the payment directly to the courier partner or relevant authority.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges associated with the shipment, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return-related charges incurred by Kudiory.
Any eligible refund will be processed after deducting the applicable shipping, return, and other charges associated with the shipment.
For shipments to the United States, additional customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges may be imposed by U.S. Customs or other applicable authorities.
Any such duties, taxes, or charges shall be the sole responsibility of the customer and may be collected directly by the courier or customs authorities.
Kudiory shall not be responsible for paying, reimbursing, or absorbing any such customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or related charges.
Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with the applicable import regulations, customs requirements, duties, and taxes of their country before placing an international order.
